Pianta con portamento eretto e foglia di un bel verde intenso
La foglia presenta un'ottima ceratura
La testa si presenta di forma rotonda, a maturazione risulta chiusa e ben densa, con un elevato peso specifico
Le foglie esterne avvolgono bene la testa e questo permette di mantenere un bel colore verde anche in post raccolta
